Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you order from whosaints.com or visit our cafe, and what we do with it. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

• Ordering: your name or nickname for the order, your mobile number or email address (so we can tell you your order is ready or reach you about a problem), and what you ordered.
• Payment: processed by PayMongo Philippines, Inc. We receive a payment reference and status. We never see or store your card number, e-wallet PIN, or bank credentials.
• Halo Points: if you join, the mobile number or email you enrolled with and your points balance.

What we use it for

• Preparing and handing over your order.
• Contacting you about your order — nothing else, no marketing without your consent.
• Keeping sales records the law requires us to keep (BIR).
• Running the Halo Points programme for members who joined it.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not send marketing messages unless you opted in.
• We do not store card details — payment data stays with PayMongo, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

How long we keep it

Order and sales records are kept for the periods required by Philippine tax law. Contact details used only for an order are not reused after the order is closed.

Your rights

Under RA 10173 you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Write to whosaintscafe@abellanagroup.com and we will respond within fifteen (15) days.
