(SEC Registration No. 2026020236893-06), a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office at Lot 4, Block 10, Arellano Street, Purok Pantua, Zone III, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato 9506 ("WHO/SAINTS", "we", "us"). By placing an order through this website or in our cafe, you agree to these terms.
Food and drinks prepared at our cafe in Koronadal City. Orders placed on this website are for pickup at the counter or service at your table inside the cafe. We do not deliver through this website.
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is collected through QR Ph (InstaPay), debit or credit card, or e-wallet, processed by our payment provider PayMongo Philippines, Inc., or in cash at the counter. Your order is confirmed when payment is completed or when you settle at the counter.
Every item is cooked or made when your order comes in. We may decline or refund an order if an item runs out, if the cafe has closed for the day, or if we cannot reach you about a problem with the order. If we decline an order that was already paid, we refund it in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Venue for any action lies exclusively with the proper courts of the City of Koronadal, South Cotabato.
